weFix repairs and services all Apple and certain Samsung devices, ranging from iPods, iPhones and Macs to Samsung smartphones and tablets. We also offer a wide range of mobile accessories and add-ons.
weFix has been in operation for 9 years. Over this time we have accumulated vast experience in the mobile repair industry. We have over 280 000 happy clients to vouch for us.
Repair time depends on the type of device and what part on that device has to be repaired or serviced. Times vary, from 1 hour for a basic screen or battery repair, to a day for more labour-intensive, advanced repairs.
On almost all smartphone models, the touchpad and LCD are fused together. So, if the one breaks, both need to be replaced.
The actual repair does not take long at all, however weFix has an in-depth testing process to ensure that batteries are working 100%.
It depends on where you stay. The turnaround time on couriered devices is normally between 3 and 5 days. You can send a mail to courier@ifix.co.za to request a courier from anywhere in the country.
The screen repair takes up to 1 hour, depending on the device, but this may be subject to stock availability and demand at specific stores.
Our Express Service enables you to jump the queue at any stage to get a repair done within 30 minutes or less.
Unfortunately we do not sell parts in store. Parts can be ordered from our sister company online at www.uFix.co.za
weFix uses only original parts where available. Where not available, a suitable manufacturer compatible replacement part will be used. All replacement parts are covered by the 1 year weFix warranty.
